Aims and Scope

Aims

Archive of Cancer Investigation (ACI) aims to promote high-quality research and innovation in all aspects of cancer science and oncology. The journal provides an international platform for scientists, clinicians, and healthcare professionals to share their findings and perspectives on the mechanisms, diagnosis, and management of cancer.

ACI seeks to accelerate progress in cancer prevention, detection, and therapy through the publication of rigorous studies that combine basic, translational, and clinical research. The journal encourages multidisciplinary collaboration and the integration of emerging technologies to improve outcomes for patients worldwide.

Scope

The journal welcomes submissions that advance understanding in, but are not limited to, the following areas:

Molecular and Cellular Oncology – mechanisms of tumor initiation, growth, metastasis, and resistance.

Cancer Genetics and Epigenetics – genomic instability, biomarkers, and molecular targets.

Cancer Immunology and Immunotherapy – immune mechanisms, checkpoint inhibitors, and vaccine development.

Experimental and Translational Research – preclinical models, novel therapeutic strategies, and drug discovery.

Clinical Oncology and Therapeutics – diagnosis, treatment, and clinical trials in all cancer types.

Cancer Epidemiology and Prevention – risk factors, screening, and population-based studies.

Radiation and Surgical Oncology – advances in radiation techniques and surgical management.

Cancer Imaging and Diagnostics – imaging biomarkers, AI in cancer detection, and precision diagnostics.

Palliative Care and Survivorship – quality of life, symptom management, and long-term care of cancer patients.

Public Health and Policy in Oncology – access to care, health systems, and global cancer control.

By embracing a wide scientific scope, Archive of Cancer Investigation aims to bridge the gap between laboratory discoveries and clinical applications, contributing to global efforts to reduce the burden of cancer.
